Our Rewarding Community InvolvementTM program recognizes clients whose work, volunteer and/or philanthropic efforts play a role in making our communities stronger. Just tell us about your work or the group(s) and effort(s) you are supporting, provide some sort of documentation, and we will rebate 15% of closing costs, including all third-party fees paid to title, escrow and appraisal providers. Our business model allows us to redirect a portion of our greater efficiencies towards making our community a better place, and we happy to do so. When your transaction closes, you can use the Rewarding community InvolvementTM rebate as you wish: you can "pay it forward" to increase support for a cause you believe in, leave the funds in escrow to lower the cost of your transaction, or split it and do a bit of both. We keep the fine print simple and common-sense: government-imposed fees such as transfer tax or property tax are not included and we don't rebate any portion of fees paid directly to the lender to lower your rate or pre-pay a partial month's interest.
