Our Rewarding Community Involvement^TM program recognizes clients whose work, volunteer and/or philanthropic efforts play a role in making our communities stronger.

Just tell us about your work or the group(s) and effort(s) you are supporting, provide some sort of documentation, and we will rebate 15% of closing costs, including all third-party fees paid to title, escrow and appraisal providers. 

Our business model allows us to redirect a portion of our greater efficiencies towards making our community a better place, and we happy to do so. 

When your transaction closes, you can use the Rewarding community Involvement^TM rebate as you wish: you can "pay it forward" to increase support for a cause you believe in, leave the funds in escrow to lower the cost of your transaction, or split it and do a bit of both.

We keep the fine print simple and common-sense: government-imposed fees such as transfer tax or property tax are not included and we don't rebate any portion of fees paid directly to the lender to lower your rate or pre-pay a partial month's interest. 

Through you, the Rewarding Community Involvement^TM program supports more causes then we can identify and support on our own.  That said, we love to roll up our sleeves and jump in personally when we can.  Here are a few examples:
 

Redwood City Library "Traveling Storytime" program	Dave read to 24 pre-K kids each week at Plaza CDC near City Hall for 2 years.
Redwood City PAL	Dave is an Annual Campaign fundraiser and monthly sponsor.
Redwood City/San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce	Dave served as Co-Chair, Ambassadors Dave is a volunteer for the Wells Fargo Annual Golf Tournament benefitting Kainos Home.
Rebuilding Together Peninsula	Dave is a National Rebuilding Day volunteer
El Cajon Project (helps at-risk and disadvantaged high school students to graduate from high school through internships with executive chef's at fine restaurants)	Dave is Treasurer and a member of Board of Directors
